Course Aims/Objectives

Understand the importance of the visual system in normal occupational performance
Understand common visual dysfunctions seen following neurological damage and how these impact on function
Have an awareness of common eye health problems
Be confident in the screening and assessment of visual functioning
Be aware of interventions/strategies that can be used with this client group
